Refund Policy

You can return your ordered goods within 7 days after delivery.
To exercise your right to return goods you must inform the company the valid reason for the return request.

Upon receiving your request we will start the refund procedure within 24 hours and update you on the status of your request within 24 hours by mail & registered mobile.
The company will arrange free pick up of your returned goods.
You can get the update on your return request by writing us to mail or on call at 8980008627.
Within 7 days the company will refund your payment as per your suggested payment preference.

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product is to be packed in original condition, it must be any damages including but not limited to physical damages. All the accessories must be returned and any user data must be removed from the disk permanently.
Please keep the item in its original condition and packaging along with the MRP tag and accessories for successful pickup.
Make sure that you are returning goods to the assigned partner by the company, We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet return conditions at our sole discretion.
Upon receipt of the product at ECS facility and confirmation, refund shall be issued.
